SERO Global was engaged by Ventia to deliver a custom variation of the Hydrasite™ Ice Room, designed to support worker hydration and heat respite in the Pilbara region. The brief required a transportable, hygienic, and low-maintenance module suitable for remote deployment.
The Solution
Built from a 20ft high-cube container, this customised HYDRASITE integrates a fully insulated and conditioned ice room lined with 50mm EPS panels for efficient cooling.
Key inclusions:
- IMD-150 commercial ice and water dispenser with push-button operations and UV sterilisation for hygiene
- Dual 1000L JILAPAC water pod storage for extended use.
- 200L chest freezer for additional hydration storage
- Reverse-cycle air-conditioning and air curtain to doorway
- LED lighting, and heavy- duty flooring for safe reliable operations
Each system is workshop tested and commissioned before dispatch, ensuring immediate site readiness
